Consumer Terms of Service

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of Auditor's Consumer Services: Link, Financial Connections, and Identity. By using these services, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

“We are professional entity that serves and develops companies. We help owners and decision makers to work inside the Egyptian Market according to all applicable commercial or tax laws and regulations and/or all applicable laws and regulations that organize investment procedures in Egypt. We intension with all financial and accounting tasks in companies. We aim to make our clients relax and confident, not to be overwhelm or confused by Tax and accounting tasks or completing governmental procedures instead, clients should better concentrate on managing and developing business.

Goals:

We provide our services in all financial, tax and legal aspects. we offer variated economical and administrative solutions to upgrade our clients and keep their own projects continued and developed. In addition, we help our clients to exploit lost and untapped investment opportunities, which many owners of companies and commercial establishments may be ignorant of.

Mission:

We always strive for excellence and accomplish tasks in top quality through distinguished teamwork who have awareness of the client importance and had necessary training, as our aim is to build good relations with our clients.

Vision:

We aim to be one of the best Accounting and Auditing Offices in Egypt and being in competent at the Arabic Nation level with providing financial and administrative services for our clients.

Business Users

Businesses using our services for commercial purposes are subject to the Auditor Services Agreement, not these Consumer Terms of Service.

Additional Terms

Your use of Auditor's Consumer Services is also subject to the following additional terms:

Privacy Policy:

Auditor and the Business User are independent controllers of personal data collected in conjunction with the Consumer Services and will independently and separately determine the purposes and means of its processing of personal data.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiation and mediation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Center for Arbitration (ECA).

The arbitration shall be conducted in [Cairo, Egypt] and the language of the arbitration shall be Arabic.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Key Considerations:

Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law, especially regarding data transfers to other countries.

Consumer Protection: Adhere to Egypt's Consumer Protection Law, particularly regarding fair terms and conditions, transparency, and dispute resolution.

Arbitration: The Egyptian Center for Arbitration (ECA) is a recognized arbitration institution in Egypt.

Language of Contract: While Arabic is the primary language, English can be used if both parties agree.

Eligibility

To use our Consumer Services, you must:

Age and Legal Capacity: Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.

Good Standing: Not have been previously suspended or terminated from using any of our services, including any Consumer Service.

Compliance with Sanctions: Not be subject to any government sanctions, .Office of Foreign Assets Control or any other relevant authority.

Country Eligibility: Ensure that the Consumer Services you intend to use are available in your country of residence. If you believe we have incorrectly identified your country, please update your account settings or contact our support team.

Key Considerations:

Legal Capacity: This ensures that the user is legally competent to enter into a contract.

Sanctions Compliance: This is crucial for businesses operating internationally to avoid legal and reputational risks.

Country Eligibility: This clarifies that certain services may not be available in all countries due to various factors.

Auditor's Role

You are not solely responsible for your interactions with Manager.io. Any purchases made through us are directly between you and Manager.io.

Auditor is a party to any transactions between you and Manager.io. We do intervene in disputes, resolve claims, or provide refunds. If you have issues with a purchase or service, please contact the us directly.

Refund Policy for Annual Subscriptions

This policy aims to define the procedures followed to refund the amounts paid for annual subscriptions to manager cloud edition services. We are committed to providing high-quality service to our customers, and we hope that this policy is clear and detailed.

  • Eligible cases for refund:
    • Failure to provide the service as described: If the service is not provided as stipulated in the service agreement, and the problem is not resolved after submitting an official complaint.

    • Repeated system or application failure: If a recurring malfunction in the system or application results in the customer being unable to fully benefit from the service.

    • Closing the company: In the event that the company closes or stops providing the service.

  • Cases not eligible for refund:
    • Dissatisfaction with the service: In general, no refund is provided based on customer dissatisfaction with the service, unless there is a clear defect in the service.

    • Customer error: No refund is provided in the event of an error on the part of the customer, such as entering incorrect information or not following instructions.

    • Customized services: Custom services that are developed specifically for a specific customer are usually not subject to the refund policy.

  • Refund Request Procedures:
    • Submitting a formal request: The customer must submit a written refund request sent to the Auditor Contact's email.

    • Submitting evidence: The customer must provide evidence supporting his request, such as screenshots, call logs, or any other relevant documents.

    • Evaluation period: The company will evaluate the refund request within [14] business days.

    • Final decision: The customer will be notified of the company's final decision regarding his request.

  • Refund method:

    The amount paid will be refunded in the same way it was paid, and a refund notification will be sent to the customer.

  • Exceptions:

    There may be exceptions to this policy in special cases, and each case will be dealt with individually.

  • Important notes:

    - Service Agreement: This policy is an integral part of the Service Agreement.

    - Changes: The company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

    - Law: This policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Identification, Prevention of Fraud, and Communications

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself.

Identity Verification: We may verify your identity as permitted by law.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Communications Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving text messages, push notifications, and phone calls from us. These communications may include account updates, security alerts, and marketing messages. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Manager.io own all rights, title, and interest in the Consumer Services, including all intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. By using the Consumer Services, you agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the services or our intellectual property.

Feedback

Termination

Termination by Us: We may terminate your access to the Consumer Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any illegal or harmful activity.

Termination by You: You may terminate your use of the Consumer Services at any time by closing your account.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Consumer Services will cease. Certain provisions of these Terms, such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers of warranties, and limitations of liability, will survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Consumer Services are provided "as is" and without any warranties. As a reseller of Manager.io company we do not make any commitments. or warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Consumer Services.

We do not guarantee that the Consumer Services will be uninterrupted, error-free. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of products or services offered by Manager.io.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Disclaiming Entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Consumer Services.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  

If you reside outside of the Arab Republic of Egypt, the governing law will be specified in the applicable product-specific terms.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign

our rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliated entity.

Miscellaneous Terms

These Terms, together with any additional terms applicable to specific Consumer Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If there's a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms, the additional terms will prevail.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. By continuing to use the Consumer Services after any changes, you agree to the revised Terms.
